Issue 55 – February 2016 – QUEEN MARGARET CALLING
Purpose Built Pre-School
Now Open!
At the end of last year Queen Margaret College opened the new purpose built Pre-School.
Working with McKenzie Higham Architects and Maycroft Construction Ltd, building began
early in 2015. It was a pleasure to have former Principal, Ann Mildenhall, who had the foresight
to open the original Pre-School in 2003, cut the ribbon on the new building in November last
year. Relicensing of the new Pre-School has included extending its opening hours from 7.30am
through to 5.30pm and increasing its capacity to 40 pupils.
