Dr Angus Lindsay awarded Marsden Standard Grant to redefine DMD research We are thrilled to share that our NRFT Chairman, Dr Angus Lindsay, has been awarded a prestigious Marsden Standard Grant from the Royal Society Te Apārangi. His groundbreaking research is focused on redefining Duchenne muscular dystrophy as a metabolic disease — an innovative approach that offers new hope for future treatments. This work represents an exciting step forward and has the potential to make a real difference for those living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Dr Angus Lindsay.
