For the past few years, we have run the successful “Roll 1k for MDA” campaign raising over $100k! This year we have made a few exciting changes which will be shared with you on the 1st August. FROM THE DESK Trevor Jenkin National Executive Chairperson Gearing up for another annual appeal Kōrero with Trevor Thank you to our members who have stepped forward to participate in governance for the coming year. It is a vital role for our organisation. You can get to know our new National Council members on page 8 . I am looking forward to continuing in my role as the National Executive Chairperson, helping to make a difference for our members. The next few months are busy for us, with September being the key one with many global awareness days for several of the conditions that MDANZ covers; Duchenne, CMT and LGMD all have awareness days next month.
