commissioned by the Old Girls’ Association especially for QMC staff and students. The idea was developed by the Student Centenary Committee, who wanted a birthday treat that all students could enjoy. The result was a gluten and dairy free vegan sorbet created byWellington-based ice-cream boutique Zelati. The flavour proved popular with students and staff alike with lines stretching across the front lawn at the beginning of lunchtime.
