11 What do I bring? Monday 28 January 2019 8am–8.25am All newYear 1–13 students make their way to the College Reception (Old Hall). Our Enrolments Director will meet you there. 8.25am First bell rings and students head to class. 8.30am–9.30am Form time. 9.30am–10.30am All students attend the Commissioning Assembly in the College Hall. INTERVAL: 10.30am–10.50am 10.50am–11.20pm Form time. 11.20am–12.00pm Junior School students return to their class. Middle School and Senior School students attend their Period 2 class. 12pm–12.40pm Middle School and Senior School students attend their Period 3 class. LUNCH: 12.40pm–1.40pm (an initial bell will ring at 1.35pm to signal the end of lunchtime). 1.40pm Junior School students return to their class. Middle School and Senior School students attend their Period 5 and 6 classes. 3pm Junior School finishes for the day. Classroom teachers will escort girls to the pick-up points: • Year 1 at the Fitzherbert Gate on Fitzherbert Terrace. • Year 2 - 6 at the Pedestrian Gate on Hobson Street. 3.30pm Middle School and Senior School finish for the day. 3.30pm–4.00pm Prefects and House Leaders to attend an afternoon tea in the staffroom. 6pm Junior School Parent Information Meeting. Students and siblings are welcome to attend. Your first day You need to bring your stationery, PE gear and laptop (if Year 6-13). If you are entering the Middle or Senior schools, you will be allocated a locker on your first day where you can leave your PE gear and books. You also need morning tea and lunch. This can be purchased from the College Tuckshop. You will also be given your student diary to write down important information.
