A pathway to hope, be part of the journey Be a part of the journey as we take our brand into the next generation. A pathway to hope encompasses everything the Neurological Foundation is trying to create – hope for patients, families and future generations who may be affected by a neurological disorder. The new brand helps us remain current and relevant among a sea of communities and support groups helping people affected by neurological disorders; while also setting us apart as we support research into causes, treatments and hopefully even cures of these conditions. Our new brand illustrates our passion and energy to make a difference, as well as our connectivity, providing the link between supporters and researchers. This new look will be complemented by a new website, which will be easier to navigate and will provide better information to our supporters, researchers and the public about everything the Foundation is doing. This new website will also provide an easier way for people to make online donations, sign up to a newsletter and to find a digital copy of our Headlines magazine. The path is never simple, but with your continued support as donors, we can do it together. We believe each person living with a neurological disorder has a story to tell, and with our new branding, we’ll be able to do just that – tell their story, reach more people and educate a new generation about the importance of neurological research and education. As neurological conditions become the most serious affliction affecting the lives of New Zealanders, it is becoming more and more important to make more people aware of the impact these conditions can have. With 1 in 5 New Zealanders affected by a neurological condition, affecting people of all ages, we need to increase awareness of the 1100 plus neurological conditions, as well as the potential benefits available through research. Our new branding will begin roll out publicly from March, and our new website is expected to be available fromApril. We hope that you, like us, are excited about the potential these changes will bring. The Neurological Foundation would like to thank those supporters in Auckland, Dunedin and Wellington who volunteered their time to provide us with feedback and insight on our branding update at our focus groups.
