Impact Report 2023 Project grants both small and large are vital to support the neurological research community in New Zealand. Fromsmall to big – it all adds up Dr Akshata Anchan from the University of Auckland received $15,000 towards lab equipment to support her research into brain-metastatic cancers. Dr Bruce Mocke from the University of Otago received $247,501 to fund a three-year project investigating a new gene therapy for Alzheimer’s disease.
