TELL US HOWYOUWANT TO ROLL! Before we roll into our annual appeal, there’s some fun to be had with this colour-in activity. Plus, a wheelie great prize is up for grabs! ROLL 1K ACTIVITY Roll1K is a challenge where participants roll 1km in distance on any kind of wheels. For some members, using wheels to ride 1km may be out of reach however there are ways everyone can do it. • For our members who love to game, why not set yourself a challenge on-line to ride a certain distance virtually? • For our members who may be unable to leave the home, you could try rolling a small set of wheels across a table. • You could scooter, skate, bike or trike! Push a pram, a trolley or wheelbarrow. Have you got a great idea on how to roll this year?
